Justin Bieber has never looked better! The singer rocked the crowd in red leather at the holiday concert. Justin was in Philly without girlfriend Selena Gomez, but the on-again couple was just spotted holding hands after the Kiss KM Jingle Ball in L.A. on Dec. 3.
Justin is next slated to perform at Kiss 108's Jingle Ball in Boston, tonight, Dec. 6, and on Dec. 7, he'll be in NYC at Madison Square Garden for Z100's Jingle Ball! Busy Biebs!
