Lady Gaga has been prancing around Milan, and on Oct. 2 the star stepped out in Gianni Versace's iconic 'safety pin dress.' But unlike the unique wardrobe choices she usually makes, this exact dress was seen on Elizabeth Hurley almost two decades ago, at the premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral back in '94.
This dress just may be one of Versace's most famous creations ' and the high-slit screams sexy! When Liz wore the frock, she smoothed out the edgy ensemble with simple black sling-back heels and her classic glamour. Lady Gaga, on the other hand, opted to change up the look by wearing sky high-platform boots to run with the punk-inspired style. Both chose to accessorize with a thick bangle and bold earrings.
Gaga might have recycled the dress, but she definitely added her own vibe to the look.
