MTV added another talented artist to its star-studded roster: Demi Lovato. The 20-year-old pop star will have the honor of kicking off the VMAs by performing during the pre-celebration, MTV announced in August 28.
'So freakin excited to perform at the @MTV VMA Pre-Show! I can't believe it!!! http://on.mtv.com/OFoAQH,' Demi tweeted on August 28.
Demi is added to the star-studded list of artists who are expected to perform at the extravaganza, including One Direction, Taylor Swift, Frank Ocean and Rihanna! It's definitely going to be an amazing show; we can't wait for the big event!
The VMAs air Thursday, September 6, at 8 p.m. ET/PT!
