The 55th Annual Grammy Awards just got a major dose of lady power! Will Chris Brown & Harry Styles be there too? (Awkward!)
Rihanna and Taylor Swift are two of the hottest women in music with some of the hottest singles on the charts, so it's no surprise they'll soon be on music's biggest stage: the 2013 Grammy Awards! The news was tweeted Jan. 9 by the awards show's official Twitter account, as part of its first wave of performance reveals.
It was also announced that The Black Keys, fun. and Mumford & Sons will get their chance to shine on the stage, as well. It sounds like the 55th Annual Grammy Awards are going to be crazy!
Rihanna & Taylor's Awkward Grammy Encounters
While the Grammys are mainly about music, there's also sure to be some drama depending on who shows up to the big ceremony.
Considering Taylor just broke up with One Direction hottie Harry Styles, we can't imagine she'd enjoy seeing him ' especially since HollywoodLife.com exclusively reported that Taylor looked 'visibly unhappy' leaving Harry after their messy split in the Virgin Islands.
And then there's Rihanna, who can't seem to twerk her way out of her love triangle with Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran. But unlike the 2009 Grammys ' you know, the night Chris beat her mercilessly, sending her to the hospital ' we have a feeling she'd love running into Chris at this year's ceremony.
'Rihanna's trying to lay it down hard and she's turning the tables on him,' a source tells us, explaining that Chris is basically whipped and is trying to do whatever he can to prove his loyalty to RiRi.
The 55th Annual Grammy Awards will air Feb. 10 at 8 p.m. on CBS.
