Kanye is referring to Kim's sex tape in 2007 with her ex-boyfriend Ray J. But Kim has been very adamant about not wanting to talk about her sex tape and put it behind her. So this new single will definitely shake things up between the hot new couple.
Meanwhile, Kanye rapped about Kris Humphries on his single 'Theraflu' and threatened to have his best bud Jay Z drop him from the NBA Nets team.
