Barbara's constant nagging about Jenelle's on-again, off-again boyfriend Keiffer Delp ' 'Keiffah' ' and her hilarious New England accent have earned her a cult following, with fans tuning into the show just to see what catchphrase Babs will spew out next.
She even has her own parody Twitter account, @BabsEvansMTV, with more than 100,000 followers.
