Kim Kardashian, 32, got a blood facial on the March 10 episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, but her newest beauty treatment is a big more mainstream ' a manicure! We heart the color but are not sure about the length of her nails ' do you love or loathe the long nail look?
Kim tweeted, 'stacked' on March 11 with a photo of her hand. She is wearing five gold rings, with hearts, stars and flowers and one that says 'LOVE.' But we were distracted by her bold mani!
We love the color for spring ' a bright blue ' but we're not sure how we'd get anything done with the length of those nails! Typing on a Blackberry seems impossible! Good thing Kim has both a Blackberry and an iPhone!

Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel, who practices in Boston, MA, explains the basics of Kim's crazy producdure:
'The procedure is performed by drawing some blood, typically from the arm, and it is then prepared by mixing with certain chemicals and spinning it in a centrifuge to produce something called platelet rich fibrin matrix. Only about the equivalent of 2 teaspoons of blood is needed. This produces then produces a gelatinous material that can be injected into the face.'
Although it's painful, like needles going into your face, numbing cream can be applied to reduce the pain.
