Lil Wayne's Hair Is Not Cut: Dreadlocks Still Intact

Lil Wayne Haircut

Shocking! Lil' Wayne did NOT cut his hair, despite a recent picture that appeared to show otherwise. Are you happy?

Lil Wayne, 30, was photographed with rapper Big Boi at a birthday bash on January 31 in New Orleans with what appeared to be a brand new do! That theory was squashed on Feb. 1, however, when Weezy appeared at Lakeside Mall in Metairie for a Macy's event, promoting his Trukfit line of clothing and showing off his signature dreads!

For $100, fans got hugs, high-fives, handshakes and autographed photos of Lil' Wayne. Those fans, approximately 150, spent that amount on Trukfit apparel on Feb. 1, making them eligible for the meet and greet with the rapper. 500 more fans packed the first floor of the mall, hoping to get a glimpse of Lil' Wayne and find out if he really did cut off his dreadlocks.

An original report from MediaTakeOut.com claimed that Lil' Wayne chopped off his hair, when Weezy's pose in a recent photo disguised his long hair.

Lil Wayne' Tweets For First Time Since Hair Controversy

While Lil' Wayne has not yet addressed the controversy surrounding his hair, he did thank his fans for showing up to the Macy's event.

He tweeted on Feb. 1, 'I thank EVERYONE that showed love at Macy's today!!! U are trukkin awesome!!! & a huge thx to Macy's for everything!!!!!'

Now that we have photographic and video proof that Lil' Wayne did NOT cut off his hair, are you disappointed?

What do YOU think, HollywoodLifers? Should Lil' Wayne cut his dreadlocks off? Are you sad they're still in tact? Or does that make you happy?
