Justin Bieber's sometimes controversial friend Lil' Twist might have a new romance brewing! He posted a pic of Kendall Jenner on Instagram, saying, 'Self Explanatory'.. (Tbh don't really care who don't like it)'. 'Tbh' means 'to be honest.' Do you think they are dating on the down-low?

After Lil' Twist posted the photo, Kendall, 17, tweeted, 'unbelievable' and continued, 'I can not wait to have my own place.' Yikes! Do you think she was reprimanded by her parents for breaking curfew?
Why Lil' Twist Is In The News
Lil' Twist, 19, was thrust into the limelight when he tweeted a pic of Justin, 18, and Victoria's Secret model Barbara Palvin hanging out in New York City. Since Justin was still dating Selena Gomez at the time, it was quite controversial and became a main reason of why Justin and Selena broke up.
Selena and Barbara were spotted hanging out and were photographed together at a Jan. 13 Golden Globes after party, so maybe the girls were comparing notes?
Then, on Jan. 2, Justin was photographed allegedly smoking marijuana ' and Lil' Twist was the one who reportedly facilitated the party.
