Justin Bieber doesn't look like he's getting off to the right start this New Year. The 18-year-old heartthrob posted a pic of him and his BFF, Lil Twist, pouring a bottle of vodka on Instagram ' and Selena Gomez was nowhere in sight! Hmm!
At 18, it's illegal for Justin to drink in the U.S. However, it's possible that he's still in Mexico, but that raises another question: Where was Selena?
Justin and Selena jetted off to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on Dec. 29 for a romantic getaway, but it doesn't seem like he's been spending much time with her. Justin has been posting lots of photos including a shirtless pic and a pic of his new leg tattoo.
On Dec. 30, he wrote, 'chillin with friends on vacation.' He also tweeted about his upcoming performance on New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest, and later added, 'back to the vacay. u good?'
This isn't the first time Justin has been spotted drinking abroad. When he went with Selena to Australia in July 2012 he reportedly drank beer.
'They were sitting at a table in the back corner and they were canoodling,' the insider tells us. 'Justin ordered Heinekens and Selena drank vodka based cocktails. They were holding hands, kissing, and looked in love,' a source told HollywoodLife.com.
Regardless, this is very concerning behavior ' and we hope Justin didn't leave Selena hanging at midnight!
