Matthew McConaughey's sexy wife donned a teeny bikini and put her pregnant belly on full display while on vacation!

Camilla Alves is pretty far along in her pregnancy, but that didn't stop her from enjoying beach time! The Brazilian model was stunning in an orange bikini top and white bottoms.

Camilla and her husband Matthew McConaughey were hanging out with some friends on a beach in Ibiza, Spain. This will be the couple's third child together.

Although her protruding bump proves she's pretty far along, the rest of her body looked toned and smoking hot!

A trim Matthew was close by. He is slimming down for a role where he'll play real-life AIDS victim Ron Woodroof.
