Kim K is stuck in the spotlight again. New accusations have surfaced accusing the reality star of adding a little more pump to her pucker. Read on to find out about Kim's alleged lip enhancements.

Kim Kardashian, 32, seems to have added some plump ' but not to her famous derrière or her growing baby bump! The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star got a little sexy on Twitter, showing off some luscious lips that appeared to be larger then normal. The reality star usually speaks openly about her injectables so it's no doubt that these mercilessly larger lips can be added to her list of enhancements.

Photos of the pregnant star's fuller lips have been surfacing all over the internet after Kim posted videos of her in bed on March 12. 

The Truth About Kim Kardashian's Lip Injections

'I absolutely did not get lip injections,' she told E! News back in January. 'That's ridiculous. I've always been pretty open and honest and have no problem admitting that if that was the case ' but it's not.I had the flu and that pic was taken right when I woke up with no make-up.' She was referring to paparazzi pics taken in January where she appeared to have a much larger lower lip.

The girlfriend of multi-millionaire rap star Kanye West doesn't want the world to mistake her lusciously, fuller lips as her getting injections. 'To be honest, it doesn't even look different, but if anything, my bottom lip looks bigger, why would I do one lip?'

Kim Kardashian's Pregnancy Scare

On March 5th, Kim was rushed to the hospital after experiencing pregnancy complications on her way back from attending Fashion Week in Paris. The doctors warned Kim that she needed to slow down to ensure of a healthy pregnancy.

'Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed,' a source told the New York Post. 'She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage.'

The mom-to-be seems to be taking her doctors advice by slowing down her hectic schedule. Kim tweeted her fans on Mar. 8 reassuring them that she okay and thanking them for wishing her well.

'Thanks for all the well wishes, I'm doing fine! Just resting'have a good weekend. Love you guys!'
