Gabriel Aubry is telling his side of the story after a Thanksgiving brawl with his ex Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez. He is claiming Olivier threatened him the day before the fight, saying he would beat him. Later, he threatened to kill him. Keep reading for more shocking allegations.
Halle Berry, 46, is seeking a restraining order against Gabriel Aubry, 36, with her lawyers insisting he allegedly initiated a fight with Olivier Martinez, 46, in front of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla on Thanksgiving, Nov. 22. But now, Gabriel is making a public declaration of his side of the story, and has released graphic images of his beaten face and hands.
Gabriel has issued a statement through his lawyer, Shawn Holley, implying that Olivier is the bad guy. He claims that the drama began the day before Thanksgiving, when he took Nahla to her school play. Olivier and Halle arrived and Olivier allegedly whispered in Gabriel's ear in French, 'I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now. You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us.'
The next day, Nov. 22, Gabriel dropped Nahla off at Halle's home. Although a nanny was usually the one to handle the drop off, Gabriel is claiming that Olivier came outside to meet them. Gabriel is saying Olivier lunged at him, grabbing his head and slamming it into the concrete. Olivier was reportedly furious that the custody battle over Nahla has cost them $3 million dollars so far.
Perhaps the most daming acusation is that Gabriel says Olivier threatened him, saying, 'We called the cops [and when they come], you're going to tell them that you're the one who attacked me, or I'm going to kill you.'
Sources close to Halle say it was Gabriel who initiated the fight with Olivier. Now both sides have restraining orders.
TMZ is reporting Halle's lawyers will be in court this week, hoping to extend their temporary order of protection indefinitely.
