26-year-old Rob could not be with a cheater like 22-year-old K-Stew, PEOPLE reports.

'[Rob] just isn't going to be able to get past the cheating ' one time or not,' a source says. 'It's something she always knew he could never tolerate.'

At the moment, Kristen has reportedly begged Rob to have a crisis talk with her in New York City, but Rob refuses! He is allegedly ignoring her calls ' their only exchanges have been through heated text messages.

A source close to Summit Entertainment added, 'There's ­serious concern about the ­promotional tour, which is set to kick off in October. This is a potential nightmare for all involved. Fans look forward to seeing them together during interviews. It's great publicity for the film. Robert even used to be happy to go to events with Kristen that he wasn't contractually obligated to go to, like the Teen Choice Awards last Sunday.'

Kristen Stewart may have a lot of explaining to do once Robert Pattinson hears that her affair with director Rupert Sanders reportedly 'lasted for months.'

Speaking to The People, Leopold Ross, Rupert's wife Liberty Ross' brother, said that Kristen's affair with the 41-year-old director began during the second half of filming for Snow White and the Huntsman. He explained, 'It was from the last half of filming and all through post-production, clear into last week.'

Confirmation that Rupert and Kristen's affair started during the filming of SWATH, further proves our body language experts correct! Our experts predicted that Rupert and Kristen DID start a romance well before their July 17 make out session!

Leopold added that it's unfortunate his sister uprooted her life and moved to Hollywood to help Rupert with his career. He said, '[Liberty] made some sacrifices for something she thought was worth it, now she knows, right? Five minutes from her home. Doubt it was worth it but it's life.'

However, Leopold is looking at the positives in this unfortunate circumstance. He said, 'It might actually make things better in the long run. She wasn't that happy for a while, but our family is close, she'll be all right.'

A moving truck was spotted outside the home Rob and Kristen once shared together this Saturday July 28.

Fans are super angry at Kristen for cheating on Robert Pattinson ' and her affair with director Rupert Sanders may have destroyed the future of the 'Snow White' franchise! Read on for all the details!

Kristen Stewart tarnished her three-year relationship with Robert Pattinson when she cheated with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, but they may have destroyed the franchise as well ' along with their entire careers!

'None of the studios are going to want to work with a married director who publicly hooks up with the much younger leading lady,' one Hollywood source told Page Six. Another added, 'Female moviegoers were just looking for a reason to dislike Kristen Stewart, and now they've got it.'

Studio Executive Dorian Rubin tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, 'Right now there is nothing Kristen Stewart can do to save her career. Her career exists on her fans and right now her fans are not happy. They feel betrayed, they are upset, it's not a good sign for Kristen. The reason Kristen became so successful in the first place was because of her fans. For studio executives, fan base equals box-office dollars. If Kristen loses her fans she loses value! It doesn't matter that she is only 22-years-old and was may have been taken advantage of by her older director, her fans are that age or younger and they may not forgive her. They were all hoping that the photos were photo-shopped. So many hearts were broken, not just Rob's, but all of her fans. Bella Swan would NEVER do something like this!'

The hardest task of all ' if a future sequel to Snow White does happen ' will be uniting Rupert with the film's original players ' including Kristen, his wife Liberty Ross and Charlize Theron. Obviously the affair is bad timing, since the first Snow, which was Rupert's feature debut, made $381 million at the box office!

And it seems like Snow White isn't the only franchise that may be affected by this scandal!

A source close to Summit Entertainment, the film studio, and the Breaking Dawn Part 2 movie, coming out this fall, opens up about their worries on how this scandal will impact the final installment of the popular franchise. 'Everyone is very scared on how to move forward with promotion, as they know the cheating is still going to be an issue [this fall].' Our insider continues, 'They are highly considering doing only the safe routes of Jay Leno and MTV only. But it's currently a complete nightmare trying to move forward with the film's promotion.'

USA Olympic Swim Team Takes On Carly Rae Jepsen's 'Call Me Maybe'

We would call most of the people in this video. There's no 'maybe' about it.

If making viral videos was an Olympic sport ' which it probably will be someday because we live in a crazy, awful world ' the U.S. swim team would definitely bring home the gold with its own take on 'Call Me Maybe.' Sure, these Carly Rae Jepsen-inspired videos are a dime a dozen at this point, but this new offering has something the others don't: Speedos!

Given the flirty (and infectious) nature of this tune, I feel the need to also point out that the 2012 London Olympics are setting a record for the number of condoms officially being handed out to competitors. According to a report from the UK's Daily Mail, more than 150,000 condoms are being distributed to athletes in the Olympic Village. Underage Miley Cyrus Drinks & Kisses A Girl At NYC Club ' New Report

Miley Cyrus downed tequila shots and kissed a girl on the lips early Tuesday morning at a New York club, reports the Daily News.

Miley Cyrus just 'can't be tamed!' The 19-year-old was drinking and dancing at the Electric Room in the Dream Downtown Hotel in the early morning hours of July 24.

Miley arrived with an entourage of about seven people. Two security guards tried to block Miley's private table, but Miley was dancing on top of couches and drinking tequila for all to see.

The source confirms they saw underage Miley drinking Patron shots. At one point, she stopped dancing and kissed a brunette friend on the lips!

Miley started her night at the PH-D Rooftop Lounge, then went to the Electric Room. She finished the night in the penthouse club at 4am.

'Donda was such an important person in Kanye's life, he thought the world of her and was devastated when she died. So, he kept all her jewelry as keepsakes ' a lot of the pieces were items he bought over the years after he made it as a hip-hop star.'

It's no secret that becoming a vampire increases a person's appetite for sexy times, and that fact will be proven once again when The Vampire Diaries returns for its fourth season. Executive producer Julie Plec tells TVGuide.com that Elena (Nina Dobrev) gets her first taste of 'hot vampire sex,' and although she won't name Elena's lover, she notes that Matt (Zach Roerig) will thank her for saving his life 'in a very peculiar way.'

Of course, a more likely partner would be one of the Salvatore brothers ' Stefan (Paul Wesley), who she chose on the season finale, or Damon (Ian Somerhalder), who technically met her first.

So what does Nina have to say about Elena's vamped-up sex life?

'It's like she's going through puberty,' she explains. 'Vampire sex is going to feel like her first time.'

Taylor Swift won five Teen Choice Awards last night! But our favorite part was watching her jam along to all the live music ' including rapper Flo Rida! So we asked her about her awesome dance moves!

Taylor told HollywoodLife.com, 'I think I watch my friends and I also just like, practice actively not caring what I look like! [Laughter] So I think half of dancing to stuff is not being self-concious because I am not a good dancer but I do dance!'

That is the best attitude to have!

'RHONJ' Recap: Teresa Giudice Fights Kathy Wakile Over Stolen Recipe

When Kathy accuses Teresa of stealing her mother's recipe, Teresa calls her 'cheap' & 'passive aggressive.' Me-OW! Whose side are YOU on?

The Real Housewives of New Jersey's July 22 found Teresa Giudice and the gang doing what they do best: drinking! Teresa and hubby Joe took a trip to the vineyard, where Teresa revealed that she wants to 'brand' herself with the unveiling of her new drink, Fabellini.

Teresa and Joe then had a private tasting at America's Oldest Winery, and thankfully a car service was provided for the couple to get home, considering Joe's past with DUI charges. Teresa took a surprise opportunity to slam Bethenny Frankel's Skinny Girl brand by explaining that Fabellini doesn't taste as 'diet-y.' Ouch!

The jabs continued at Teresa's book signing, where Kathy Wakile pointed out a few of her mother's recipes in Teresa's cookbook. Teresa said that was a 'cheap, passive-aggressive shot.' Ouch again!

Meanwhile, Joe and Melissa Gorga were spending some quality time with their kids ' Gino, Joey and Antonia ' when Melissa's songwriter arrived  to discuss 'moving forward.' Later, at a photo shoot with her adorable daughter Antonia close behind, Melissa admitted that it's hard for her to be 'cocky.' Maybe that had something to do with Joe claiming he 'owns' her during the shoot!

Elsewhere, Caroline Manzo and daughter Lauren went to visit the location of the new makeup salon they're opening together. Though Caroline expressed concern about the business venture, she conceded that her daughter is a 'fighter' and can handle opening up the salon. It seems like the pair is ready to get Kafface up and running!

The husbands tried to drown out their wives' drama with a meeting about the upcoming trip to Napa, but Joe G. clearly didn't go to reconcile, because he kept bringing up issues Jacqueline Laurita had with Danielle Staub. Talk about digging up the past! Chris Laurita said he was annoyed to learn what Joe G. had been saying about his family all over town.

We can't wait to see what happens next week when the whole gang goes to Napa ' together!

Lilith be praised! After a few weeks off, 'gay vampire American' Steve Newlin (Michael McMillian) returns to True Blood on July 22 ' and he's bringing along some unholy surprises! Michael chatted with HollywoodLife.com about Steve's shenanigans in the second half of the season, including his vamped-up love life and who really turned him from a self-righteous preacher to a just-plain-righteous bloodsucker.

Let me start by saying how much I love Steve's new direction. It's genius.

I'm super excited, myself. I was hoping back in season two that things might take a turn like for Steve eventually. When I found out I was going to be a vampire, I was so excited.

What was your reaction when you were first told Steve was not only gay, but also into Jason?

I kind of was playing that in season two, and I don't think the writers even intended it. But when I started working with Ryan Kwanten and Anna Kemp, who played Sarah Newlin, it just seemed clear there was a love triangle dynamic taking place. We knew Sarah and Jason would eventually hook up, and I started playing around with the idea of who Steve was underneath the Christian leader facade? How would he feel about what was happening between Sarah and Jason? He so adored him as it was, that I kind of felt like he would be attracted to him. That was always in the subtext of the character from the get-go.

When you first came back for the fourth season finale as a vampire, did you also know then about Steve's feelings for Jason?

The finale had been written by Raelle Tucker, and I think she had in the stage directions that Jason opens the door, Steve is standing there, and he's 'hungry for some Stackhouse.' [Laughs.] So I think they weren't necessarily decided on what was going to happen next, but they knew going in that Steve was in love with Jason.

And then, of course, came the big speech on the premiere. I loved that.

Bryan Buckner wrote that, and he did such a fantastic job. All of season two, Steve was talking about Armaggedon and vampires, so it was nice to have a scene where he just sat and kind of spilled his guts and revealed who he really was underneath. I loved being able to explore a deeper level of the character.

Especially a character we didn't even think had a deeper level.

That's what I find fascinating about characters like Steve Newlin. When I was building him, I was looking at guys like Ted Haggard who was the leader of the Christian coalition in Texas, and had been doing crystal meth with gay prostitutes. He had this whole other life. I think we often look at our politicians and our religious leaders, and I think celebrities in general, and we wonder who these people really are. It took Steve turning into a vampire to figure who he really was, which I find so much fun.

'Fun' is definitely an appropriate word. Tumblr especially seems to love Steve Newlin. Have you seen all the gifs of you dancing?

[Laughs] There have been some followers on Twitter who have posted those and I've seen them. I didn't imagine any of that happening. There might be more gif opportunities in the second half of the season.

What about his lust for Jason? Will there be more of that, too?

There will be more Jason and Steve in the second half of the season. And I think where the story goes is going to be really surprising. I can also say that Steve's love life plays a prominent part of the season throughout.

There's another big mystery surrounding Steve this season, which is who actually made him. Is that going to be addressed anytime soon?

I've been really on the fence as to how I should answer this question. I'm a big believer in not spoiling anything, but on the other hand, it's a question I've been getting a lot. I think viewers need to not hold their breath. This season really becomes about different stuff, so fans might need to wait a while until that's revealed. ' I've been told who it is, but it might be a while before viewers find out.

There are a ton of theories out there.

Oh, I know. Fans always tweet me about it ' I've seen everyone from Russell to Pam. It's crazy.

Steve seems pretty willing to serve the Authority ' or what's left of it ' but does he have ulterior motives, as well?

Steve is really happy, at this point, to not have the burden of leading. ' He's always loved power, but I think now he's just a young, horny vampire who's excited to be part of the club. He's OK with taking orders right now, but he's a survivalist. ' Where his real allegiance lies is still a bit of a mystery.

'Dark Knight Rises' Shooting Victim Jessica Ghawi's Mother Speaks

Jessica was a victim of the 'Dark Knight Rises' shooting that occurred on July 20 in Colorado, and her mother spoke of Jessica during a special edition of ABC's '20/20' on Friday. Watch the video and read all the details of her raw and candid conversation with Diane Sawyer.

Jessica Ghawi tragically lost her life during the Colorado theater shooting during a midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises on July 20.

Jessica's mother told Diane Sawyer that her daughter was 'very easy to fall in love with.'

'She was like a jolt of lighting. We would tease when she would come home for a visit, that she'd walk in the door, it was just automatic chaos because of the energy level that she brought into a room,' Sandy Phillips said on 20/20.

Jessica narrowly escaped a different shootout in a Toronto mall last month.

'She was very affected by watching the victims being brought out of that [Toronto] shooting, and realizing that several of them were close to her own age and realized that life was very fragile and she had an epiphany at that moment that it could happen to any of us at any time and instead of being afraid of that, she embraced life even more fully,' Sandy said.

Jessica, an aspiring sportscaster, was killed when 24-year-old James Holmes allegedly opened fired on innocent moviegoers ' leaving 12 dead and at least 59 wounded.

While it hasn't been confirmed the movie will be filmed there, a few clues are making it seem like a very possible reality.

• At a Cosmopolis Berlin premiere, Rob was asked if he was really going to scout locations in Iraq. He said, 'I didn't even realize that the script was a real story and then they told me it was a true story. I met Eric Maddox who it's based on. He's one of the most fascinating people I have ever met and the story's amazing. We're looking into Iraq, I mean he was there, I mean it's quite difficult obviously to go there, but I think it would be a good thing to do to go and start' you know?'
• At Comic-Con Rob told MTV, 'The director is in Iraq right now,' leading Kristen to whisper 'Oh, god.' She is obviously very worried about Rob potentially going there!

'The Dark Knight Rises' Massacre: 3-Month-Old Left Injured ' Report

A gunman who opened fire in a crowded movie theater in Aurora, Colorado, killed 12 people and injured at least 38 others, reportedly including a 3-month-old baby. Read on for all the details.

A three-month-old was reportedly one of the many injured in a shooting incident that happened during the midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises in a Denver suburb. The suspect allegedly spread tear gas in the Aurora theater, spraying innocent audience members with bullets, ultimately killing 12 people.

According to hospital workers, at least 38 others were injured, including children and a 3-month-old infant.

The suspect was arrested in the parking lot of the theater. He did not resist or put up a fight. Police are saying he is an Aurora man in his 20s, currently being identified as James Holmes. Police seized a rifle, a handgun, and another firearm found in the theater.

What a horrible tragedy. Our thoughts go out to the family of the victims, and wish a safe recovery for those who are injured.

Trayvon Martin's Mom Furious Over George Zimmerman's 'It Was God's Plan' Apology

Travyon's parents went on TODAY on July 19 and said that George's apology was 'ridiculous' read on to find out why!

George Zimmerman went on Fox News and said that he was 'sorry' for all the hurt he's caused Trayvon Martin's family. But Trayvon's parents aren't buying it. When Matt Lauer interviewed them on the Today Show, both parents were upset.

'I think that's ridiculous' Trayvon mom said about George's apology. She's referencing George's comments to Sean Hannity when he said: 'I feel it was all God's plan and for me to second guess it or judge it.' Then he was asked if he would do anything differently if he could go back in time and he said: 'No, sir.'

George went on to claim that Trayvon threatened his life.

'No, Trayvon is a child, a 17-year-old child,' his mom said. 'I can't imagine him saying something like that.' With Trayvon's father adding: 'There are no witnesses that they were fighting over the gun, Trayvon is dead.'

Kristen Stewart has gone from a 'large A cup to a large B cup,' which is 'most likely the result of a breast augmentation,' two plastic surgeons tell 'Star.' Do you think Kristen went under the knife?

After Twilight star Kristen Stewart, 22, showed off her new bustline at Comic-Con on July 12, Star is reporting that she got a breast augmentation.

'Her breasts have gone from what looked like a large A cup to a large B cup,' New York City-based plastic surgeon Dr. Matthew Schulman says.

'While this might be the result of a new, state-of-the-art bra, it's most likely the result of a breast augmentation,' adds Michigan-based plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn.

One of Kristen's friends tells Star, 'Her small chest has been a source of unhappiness for Kristen. But now she doesn't feel the ned to hide anymore. She finally has the body she's always wanted.'

The amazingly artistic songstress pushes the boundaries of convention in the name of art no matter what she does'and her new fragrance is no exception! 'Lady Gaga Fame' is a black liquid that sprays on clear! ' Get all the details here!

It's only fitting, Lady Gaga would release the first ever black eau de parfum as her signature scent. 'Lady Gaga Fame', which will be released globally in late August by the artist's Haus Laboratories and Coty, is black in the bottle, but the liquid becomes invisible when it hits the air.

'Fame is an illusion ' if you really want it, anyone can have it,' Gaga told WWD via e-mail of the concept for the fragrance.

'Gaga's launch represents my personal credo brought to life'.Innovate or die! Absolutely everything about this launch is innovative, from the bottle, to the juice, to the lady herself'.She's zeitgeist in a bottle,' says Bernd Beetz, chief executive officer of Coty Inc.

'It is the first-ever black eau de parfum and we use language like 'black like the soul of fame but invisible once airborne,' which makes the fragrance an allusion to the dark side of fame, the price of fame and the narcissism of fame,' said Steve Mormoris, senior vice president of global marketing for Coty Beauty. 'The soul of fame being black was the intellectual foundation of the color of the fragrance.'

The fragrance was no small feat to create: 'It's unique because it's not pyramidal with a top, middle and bottom note,' he said. 'It has a trampoline structure ' notes are rising at different rates that are quite random. Some accords will come out if you rub it, other accords will come out later. It has random propulsion and doesn't have a classic linear drydown. We call it push-pull, and it will smell different on different people. There is a different volatility for different notes, and they're of differing strengths. They work together harmoniously, but then they undergo metamorphosis on the skin, so you're constantly surprised.'

Lady Gaga's requests for unconventional scents 'showed me how intellectually curious she was and that she had no boundaries,' said Mormoris. 'She was challenging us and herself to see what she can do that's unique.'

Perfumers Richard Herpin, Honorine Blanc and Nathalie Lorson of Firmenich worked with Gaga to create the fragrance, which has three layers: dark, sensual and light. The dark note was inspired by belladonna, the deadly plant, and has incense; the sensual note includes honey, saffron and apricot nectar. The light note features crushed tiger orchid and jasmine sambac. Together, the scent is a fruity floral focused around belladonna, said Mormoris. (Gaga originally envisioned blood and semen notes.)

'Lady Gaga talks about how her music has a sweet center and a dark shell and a lot of her music has refrains that have a rough passage that go toward a sweet-spot melody in the middle,' said Mormoris. 'She referenced that a lot and we tried to capture this type of duality in the fragrance, with the incense and something sweet like apricot.

'Lady Gaga wanted an artistic fragrance,' continued Mormoris. 'She's quite poetic, she references modern art a lot and of course music, and she has a very distinct aesthetic sense, so she's really looking for a high-quality crafted product that expresses who she is as an artist. There's nothing commercial about it except it's intending to be commercial, which is harder to do ' but in the end, the rewards are greater.'

Eaux de parfum in three sizes will be offered. The 100-ml. ' which Gaga refers to as the Ultimate Masterpiece (these words are also printed on the bottle) ' retails for $79, while the 50-ml. is priced at $55 and the 30-ml. will cost $42. A 10-ml. rollerball version will sell for $19.

The clear glass, egg-shaped bottle and a gold-claw-inspired cap 'was conceived back at the Grammy Awards where she came out of an egg, so it's symbolic,' said Mormoris. 'The [bottle] design is simple and elegant and has a prestige feel and look, but it has symbols that are disruptive and [so] her. It's not of the moment and trying to shock you, but a very eternal, timeless classic fragrance message because Gaga saw this as part of her artistic legacy.'

Lady Gaga Fame will be carried in about 3,000 department and specialty stores in the U.S. ' including Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Sephora.

Nicole Richie, 30, has announced the launch of her first fragrance, 'Nicole by Nicole Richie'. Due out in September, this scent is sure to be a favorite for fall.

The beautiful bottle echoes the vintage style of Nicole's super successful fashion and accessories brands, Winter Kate and House of Harlow 1960. It has touches of Art Deco and the box channels Art Nouveau.

Most importantly, what does the new fragrance smell like? Nicole told WWD that her mother was a primary inspiration for the scent: 'I have a very traditional Southern mom ' you never left the house without lotion. ' Over her lotion went oil and perfume ' she was very put together from head to toe. It wasn't just a one-dimensional smell ' there were many different layers.'

The scent is a layered mix of blackberry, Seville orange, golden amber, Moroccan rose, lily of the valley, papyrus, cashmere woods, sandalwood, sugared patchouli and vanilla absolute.

Sage Stallone Was 'Slurring And Stumbling Around' Months Before He Died ' Report

More troublesome news comes to light about Sylvester Stallone's son Sage. He reportedly acted completely out of it at a recent photo shoot.

Sage Stallone, Sylvester Stallone's son,  was found dead in his apartment on Friday after a suspected overdose. Now, more evidence has come to light that may support the theory he died because of drug use.Robert Rhine, editor-in-chief of Girls and Corpses magazine, told TMZ that this past May he did a photo shoot at Sage's house for his magazine. He was photographing a friend of Sage's.

Robert says he waited 45 minutes for Sage to answer the door and revealed Sage was slurring his words and stumbling around his place acting like he was 'on something.' He said he acted 'very similar to Ozzy Osbourne' and would speak to Robert for a little bit before 'trailing off and just walking away.' He also attempted to take his own pictures at the photo shoot on his personal camera, but never took the lens cap off.

Robert's description of the house is similar to that of police officers who say Sage's bedroom was 'disgusting'. It sounds like things were really deteriorating for Sylvester's son.

'What's troubling is the fact that the people around him claim there were no signs. I saw the signs,' Robert confessed. 'When everyone from the shoot heard the news, none of us were surprised.'

Then he reveals the secret to his success (other than his hair, good looks, charm, and overall wonderfulness): 'The only thing I know is, I think I'm quite a good judge of material, so once, if I've still got this great audience, which kind of follows the different movies, I guess I can try to do the best thing I can and hopefully they'll get financed because of the great 'Twilight' fans.'
